MiraCosta Application Tips: 

For students who have a SURF ID (taken MCC classes previously) you need to complete this Education Update Form 

Fill out #3 and write “2023” on that line 

Do not fill out anything in the first section that says (not a high school graduate) 

Prerequisite enrollment form: Use this to report taking AP exams that could serve as placement into a course by satisfying a pre-requisite (Math, science, etc.) 

First Year Forward Program 

At these sessions we'll have counselors help students select their 2021 Fall classes, Student Ambassadors assist students navigate through SURF so that they can enroll, and we'll have a representative from Financial Aid answer any questions that students may have.
